How do I change my straps?
Our watch straps are all easily interchangeable, with each type of strap having its own simple change over process using our GENT assembling tool.

Can I wash the straps?
In regards to washing our leather and canvas straps, it would not be appropriate to use water and soap as it will dry out the leather and affect the quality of the feel. We advise that you take the strap into a local watchmaker who will stock a suitable cleaning product tailored to washing leather.
In regards to the nylon strap, it would be suitable to use moderately warm water to wash with a small drop of washing powder. A gentle rub should be suffice to clean the strap then you should leave it to dry on a flat surface in a material to soak up the water, i.e. paper towel.
Our watches use a standard button cell battery and have an expected lifetime of 2-3 years depending on the external environment they are exposed to, i.e. humidity.
How do I track my order?
We will send out a tracking number shortly after your order has left our warehouse to the email address used when purchasing your products. You can contact us if your order does not arrive within the stipulated date. Contact details can be found in our “Contact” tab or in the signature of all email correspondence.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer a range of shipping options, these being:
- Standard UK delivery - Free of charge - delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Express UK delivery - Additional charge of £4.99 - delivery by 1pm next business day (if ordered before 4pm).
- Standard International delivery - Free of charge - delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express International delivery - Additional charge of £9.99 - delivery within 2-4 business days.
How do I amend or cancel my order?
You can contact the GENT team via email - firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also be able to speak to our team direct via the live chat feature.
How do I use my discount / promo code?
When checking out you will be given the option to enter your discount code within the “My Cart” page by clicking 'Apply Coupon'. Please note only one discount code can be used per order.
What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept payment via debit card, credit card and PayPal. The payment system we employ is Stripe (as used by Facebook and Twitter).
How long does my warranty last?
We offer a 2 year manufacturers warranty (product replacement guarantee) for any damage or faults not deemed to be caused by the end user of our products.
How do I claim my warranty?
Please contact the GENT team via email - email@example.com, relevant details will be requested and a decision will be made as to whether the warranty claim is accepted at the earliest point possible.
If accepted, we will aim to send out a replacement product or reimburse customers immediately.
The following changes or damages will not be deemed as an acceptable warranty claim;
Damage or faults caused by inappropriate use or lack of care regarding; chips, dents, broken glass, cracks etc.
Any changes to the aesthetics of the watch or straps through usual wear and tear, i.e. plated pealing or torn strap.
Faults caused by fire/water damage.
Loss of receipt with information regarding purchase date.
Faults caused after changing the battery.
Damage or faults caused by unapproved modifications.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer our customers a 14 day period in which they can return or exchange their purchase, following this a full refund or credit will be given to the customer. When returning or exchanging the product the customer must ensure the watch is in the exact same condition as it was when they received it, including the original packaging and additional parts such as straps and the assembling tool.
All information regarding exchanges and returns will be provided once you contact the GENT team via email - firstname.lastname@example.org.
Product exchanges can be for a product of the same value or less. If the exchange is for a cheaper product we will reimburse or credit the customer depending on their demands. If the exchange is for a more expensive products we will reimburse the full order and a new order will need to be completed.
